Rules & Fair Play

By playing on CrazyTao Online you agree to abide by the following rules. Violations are taken seriously and may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

👤 Account Rules

One account per player — multi-accounting is not allowed
Account sharing is strictly prohibited
Selling, buying, or transferring accounts is forbidden
Keep your login credentials private; you are responsible for your account

🎮 Gameplay Rules

No hacking, cheating, or use of third-party software
Bug exploitation is forbidden — report bugs immediately
Botting and automated macro abuse are not allowed
Packet injection or server manipulation will result in a permanent ban

💬 Chat & Community

No racism, hate speech, or discriminatory language
No spam or flood in any chat channel
Use English or Romanian in main chat channels
Respect all players and staff members at all times
Advertising other servers is a permanent ban offence

💰 Trading Rules

Trade at your own risk — always verify items before confirming
Staff cannot recover losses from player scams
Real-money trading (RMT) between players is forbidden
Official donations through the website are the only permitted purchase

💎 Donation Policy

All donations are final — no refunds will be issued
Chargebacks will result in a permanent account ban
VIP and donator benefits are cosmetic or convenience — no pay-to-win
Tao Points received from donations are non-transferable

🛡️ Staff Authority

GM and moderator decisions are final
Do not argue with staff in public chat
Submit appeals and complaints via Discord only
Impersonating staff is a permanent ban offence

⚠️ Consequences

WARNING Minor first offences — verbal/chat warning issued by staff

24H BAN Repeated minor violations or a moderate first offence

7-DAY BAN Serious violations such as bug exploitation or sustained harassment

PERMANENT BAN Hacking, botting, chargebacks, RMT, advertising other servers, or repeat severe offences
